Welcome to the Language Teacher Helpmate!

This site aims to act as a resource hub for pre-service, graduate and beginning teachers of Languages in Australia. One of the biggest challenges you can face at the beginning of a teaching career is building a bank of resources, and we want to help you with that.

Here at the Language Teacher Helpmate, we provide:

• suggestions for further professional reading;

The site also features regular guest blogs by teachers, for teachers, on a variety of relevant topics.  We always welcome guest blog contributions, so if you have a topic you’d like to write about, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Plus, if you’d like to share your favourite resources with other teachers, please get in touch so we can add them.
